AML Policy
ยง 1. Objectives and framework. This anti-money laundering and know-your-customer policy governs Megapari services offered at mega-pari.team and reflects applicable law, industry standards and internal compliance procedures. ยง 2. Customer identification and verification. At registration and when transaction thresholds are reached we verify identity, address and payment details; the scope of information requested reflects the risk level. False documents may result in refusal of service and account closure.
ยง 3. Transaction monitoring. Transactions are analysed automatically and manually against risk scenarios; anomalies may trigger additional requests, delayed payouts and temporary restrictions until review is complete. ยง 4. Suspicious activity. Where required by law the operator may suspend transactions, refuse to process transfers and file reports with competent authorities in the manner prescribed by law, respecting confidentiality of investigations.
ยง 5. Records. Verification outcomes, correspondence and decisions are recorded in secure logs; retention periods are determined by applicable law and Megapari archiving policy. ยง 6. Refusal and restrictions. The operator may refuse service if identification cannot be completed, data are inconsistent or violations are identified. Appeal procedures are stated in the Service user rules.
