§ 1. General provisions. These Terms govern the provision of services by the operator of the Megapari platform (production domain: mega-pari.team). By using the Service you accept the Terms as in force on the date of use; if you do not agree, you must stop accessing the Service. The current version is published on the website; material changes will be communicated by reasonable means. § 2. User status and territory. The Service is intended for persons aged 18 or over. You are responsible for ensuring that your participation is lawful in your jurisdiction. The operator may restrict registration and use by country or region in line with internal rules and compliance requirements.
§ 3. Registration and account security. You must provide accurate information; false data may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation. Login credentials are confidential; you bear the risk of unauthorised access if you disclose them. Multiple accounts used to circumvent limits or bonus rules are prohibited. § 4. Bets, settlements and product rules. Acceptance of bets, limits, settlements and resolution of disputes are governed by the rules of the relevant products (sports, casino and others) and data supplier regulations. In the event of technical failures the operator will act in accordance with approved procedures, including voiding or adjusting transactions.
§ 5. Bonuses and promotions. Bonuses are granted subject to the rules of each programme; breaches (including multi-accounting and abuse) may lead to forfeiture and restrictions. Marketing communications are sent with regard to your preferences and applicable communication requirements. § 6. Payments, verification and AML/KYC. Withdrawals are made after identity verification and internal checks under anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing policy. The operator may request documents and suspend transactions until review is complete.
§ 7. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law the operator is not liable for indirect losses; liability for disputed transactions is limited to the amount of those transactions unless otherwise expressly stated. The Service is provided with industry-standard availability; force majeure and third-party actions may affect processing times. § 8. Notices, contact and governing law. Disputes are resolved in accordance with the Service rules and applicable law.
