§ 1. General Provisions. These Terms govern the provision of services by the operator of the Megapari platform (production domain: mega-pari.team). Use of the services constitutes your acceptance of the Terms as in force on the date of use. If you disagree, you must cease accessing the services. The current version is published on the website. § 2. User Status and Territory. The service is intended for individuals aged 18 or over. You are responsible for verifying that your participation is lawful in your jurisdiction. The operator may restrict registration and use based on country or region.
§ 3. Registration and Account Security. You must provide accurate information. False information may result in account suspension and funds being held pending investigation. Login credentials are confidential. Holding multiple accounts to circumvent limits or bonus rules is prohibited. § 4. Betting, Settlement and Product Rules. Bet acceptance, limits, settlement and dispute resolution are subject to the rules of the relevant product. In the event of technical failures, the operator will act according to approved procedures, including cancellation or adjustment of transactions.
§ 5. Bonuses and Promotions. Bonuses are granted in accordance with the rules of each programme. Abuse (including multi-accounting and exploitation) may lead to forfeiture and restrictions. Marketing communications will be sent with regard to your preferences. § 6. Payments, Verification and AML/KYC. Withdrawals are processed following identity verification and checks under the AML policy. The operator may request documents and suspend transactions until review is complete.
§ 7. Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect losses. Liability for disputed transactions is limited to the amount of those transactions. § 8. Notices, Contact and Governing Law.
